Al's Heating & Cooling, Inc., was originally founded in the early 1950's by Alfred & Beatrice Yost and Ray Borman (thus the name, "Al's"). Officially incorporated as Al's Heating Service, Inc. in 1958 and located at 4949 Socialville-Foster Road, Mason, Ohio, Al and Ray had very little competition and specialized in RETRO-FIT (older home replacement) installations.

Purchased in 1970 by Robert and Sharon Smart, the business was then moved to 7530 N. Pisgah Dr., West Chester (Pisqah), Ohio, where the company had moderate growth through the recession and added 24 hr. Emergency Service. After being employed at Al's Heating, Mr. Richard Cox, acquired the business in 1984 and moved "Al's" back to Mason, landing in its current location at 657 Reading Road. Al's Heating has enjoyed its growth over the last 50 years and plans to service the Mason, Lebanon, West Chester and surrounding areas for many years to come.
